Our Church Recorders Group have completed records for the Churches in Radclive, Chetwold, Padbury and Maids Moreton.  The Record is presented to  the Parish and a copy sent to the County Record Office, the Diocese and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

The Arts Society has found that even though there are 2000 records containing valuable material no one has been accessing this information.  This together with problems with how the records are compiled, a lack of expertise at Area and National level has led them to discontinue their support.

Our group is very disappointed at this decision and feel the The Arts Society have not examined all the ways that these unique records could be accessed. These concerns have been expressed to The Arts Society at the highlest level.
